I am a nurse. In addition to that I am a cub scout leader. Since I have a bit more medical knowledge than the average bear I am usually the one in charge of medical stuff.

We are supposed to have a first aid kit on all outings. The thing is, it is hard to account for all the things you may need. It is also tough to organize everything you think you may need and keep it reasonably compact. Well these guys have taken the thought out of what you should pack and what you’ll need. This pack has a lot and is certainly a great option for a basic first aid kit. Individually you would be hard pressed to purchase this stuff individually and assemble a kit for a reasonable price. Included is everything from bandages and band aids to a thermometer.
….I plan on keeping this in my car and taking it on outings as needed. There is a complete list available of everything included so I won’t bore you with those details. All in all I am impressed.

Ready for just about any medical emergency with this first aid kit

This is a well packaged first aid kit that is stuffed full of the items you would need in case of a medical emergency. The zippered bag has two sturdy canvas handles and can be zipped open or closed with one of the two zippers. Everything inside has it’s own place. There are see through pouches, a mesh pocket, and even a double sided pouch that has a clear zippered pouch on one side, and on the other side it is sectioned off into individual pockets for scissors, safety pins, tweezers, foil packs of ointment/sting relief pads, and even a few paper thermometers.

Inside of the kit there are bandages, masks, ice pack, emergency blanket, gloves, a few different types of tape, an assortment of rolled and packaged bandages.

. . . The inside plastic pouches make it easy to see what’s inside and help your supplies stay dry. This first aid kit is perfect for home, classroom, camping, earthquake kits, and bug out bags.

A complete kit of just about any first aid need

There are some “casual” kits designed to ease discomfort that include aspirin and Pepto Bismol. This isn’t that. This has just about everything you need to staunch and stabilize just about anything you’re likely to encounter. And it’s organized for quick and easy access. There are five clear or mesh pouches that contain the bulk of materials you would need. At first, it appears confusing but makes sense after a quick inventory.

Since I don’t like leaving things to chance I decided to make up labels and since I had already typed in the items I want to share them with you.

Left pocket (behind the individual item section: Non-Adhesive Wound and Eye pads)

Mesh pocket (next to the individual item section): Slings and rolled bandages

Next (clear) pocket: Adhesive Bandages

Next pocket: Ice Pack and Blankets

Last pocket: – Resuscitation Mask – Tourniquet – Disposable Gloves – Face Masks – Surgical Paper Tape – First Aid Adhesive Tape

There is a bit of room in each of the pockets and also the individual item area to add stuff. For example, I’ll be tossing in a flashlight, windproof matches, candle, multi-tool (just because), and scalpel blade. Oh yea, I’ll also toss in some aspirin and Pepto Bismol.

This is a pretty impressive first aid kit for it’s size. Seems to contain everything that I can imagine needing.

This first aid kit contains a lot of supplies for it’s compact size. It’s all contained inside of a small black and red bag that zips up and has handles on it. when you open it up there are many different areas that hold supplies. Some of them are mesh pockets and some of them are clear plastic pockets with a zipper on it. There are 270 total pieces inside that include 90 strip bandages of different sizes. No worries if you have a allergy to latex because they are all latex free. Then there are a bunch of specialty bandages like for a small spot, knuckle, finger tip and butterfly bandages. There are knee and elbow bandages and also bandages for large wounds. There are several different types of gauze and even a triangular bandage that is made to support an injured arm. There are larger items like a instant ice pack, mylar emergency blanket, face masks and even a resuscitation mask. Not to mention bandage tape, antibiotic ointment wipes, alcohol wipes and hand sanitizing wipes. I could go on and on but I think that gives you the general idea.

This is by far the most comprehensive first aid kit that I have used that was this small. Most all of the pieces seem to be good quality and I really can’t think of anything that I might need that isn’t in this kit. I am going to keep it in the trunk of my car for emergency or urgent issues so it will always be with me.

Excellent, Well Equipped, First Aid Kit

This is a really impressive first aid/care kit. Don’t be fooled by the small size when it arrives it folds out and out and it’s amazing what they’ve thought to pack into this kit 39 unique items, 270 individual pieces in a waterproof case.

Everything from an arm sling, an instant ice pack, 90 different adhesive bandages and even disposable gloves. There’s even room to add your own items to the kit, I’ve added two pair of very fine point tweezers for the splinters we’re always pulling. I also plan to find a small flashlight for night time emergencies.

I am absolutely impressed with this kit, it contains just about anything you need to handle non-911 emergencies and even a few item which can help you sustain someone if you need to call for an ambulance.
